Since we’re new in the neighborhood, we recently hosted our Family Fun Day event to get to know our community and neighbors a little better. At the event we gave the public a chance to tour the facility and check out our current tenants: Above Basketball Academy, First Coast Gymnastics, MaxFit South and 5 Tool Training.
We also gave a sneak peek into Phase II, our latest addition that will be complete by the summer of 2019. Phase II will encompass a 3-story, 26,000 square foot front building that will be devoted to health and wellness programs. Our confirmed tenants for Phase II include Rainbow Pediatric Center, an established pediatric practice that will offer a holistic and unique model of practice at our location including pediatric concussion treatment and management through its Healthy Brains Youth Concussion Center, youth sports injury prevention classes, mental and physical health and fitness classes, parenting classes and comprehensive pediatric care. In addition, Blue32Jax will also be a tenant with offerings in cryotherapy, a technique that rapidly brings the body temperature down at the tissue and cellular level in order to achieve therapeutic benefit. Other possible tenants include dental and orthodontic care, dance and acrobatic studios as well as Jiu-Jitsu martial arts.
